All PlantCircuit lamps are handmade and shipped from Paris, France.
Most orders ship within [1–3] business days. For made-to-order or custom pieces, processing time is [2–5] business days (shown on the product page).

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Each lamp is protected with sturdy packaging to keep the wood frame and panels safe in transit.
Each lamp is handcrafted and made with real leaves. Natural variations (shape, color, tiny imperfections) are part of the piece and not considered defects.
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
unused and in original condition
returned in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Because each lamp is unique, exchanges are limited. If you’d like a different piece, the simplest option is usually a return + new order.
If your lamp arrives damaged or has a defect, contact info@plantcircuit.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Each lamp combines a laser-cut wood frame with pressed real leaves sealed inside the panels.
Yes, the leaves are real. Over time, natural materials can slowly change tone, especially in direct sunlight. For best longevity, keep the lamp away from strong, continuous UV light and high humidity.
Inside the lamp is an LED module you can control via Bluetooth to change brightness and color settings

The LEDs are low-heat. The lamp is designed for normal indoor use. As with any electrical product, keep ventilation around it and don’t cover it with fabric.
Because materials are seasonal, availability depends on what was collected and preserved. But contact us, we can consider it on case by case basis.
